Smoked Pear

Citadelle Gin & Mathilde Liqueur Bartender Competition, USA, 2010. Brian Matthys from Izakaya Ten in New York, NY

- 1.5 oz. Citadelle Gin 
- .75 oz. Lillet Blanc 
- .75 oz. Mathilde Pear Liqueur 
- .25 oz. Mathilde Raspberry Liqueur 
- .25 oz. Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal 

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir continuously for approximately 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange twist.
